The position was a basic ops associate; the interview felt like it was for an ops manager. 1.5 to 2 weeks long, 4 phone interviews, and a “tour” of the space. The first call, tour, and last call were with the manager who would end up being my supervisor. The second was with another ops associate (weird? It was more like a chat. No interview experience at all) and the third was from someone In the company I never heard about once I started. I had a hard time hearing/understanding him. The questions were all hypothetical “ops” situations. Sure, makes sense. Last question, he asked me how many pennies can you stack until it falls over. What?? I had no idea. I still have no idea.

Screening interview, assignment, and 2 hs interview with manager and team.
Manager made it 30' late into my interview. Horrible attitude from everyone in the team. Terrible HR department, they don't even notify you if you got the position or not. Manager and team are not very professional, and they do not respect your time. Mediocre company and environment. SKIP!
