First interview with Human Resources manager in charge, conducted virtually via LARK and it lasted about 1 hour, the interview was fully in mandarin, requires high level of Chinese language proficiency

Recruiter mentioned 4-5 rounds. Mostly via video calls for the first 3 rounds. First with the recruiter before moving on to the team lead and greater team lead. They tend to ghost though.

There were four rounds of interviews for me. I met with the recruiter, manager, manager’s manager and the HRBP.
The interview questions were focused on what if and example sharings. Knowledge about HR compliance, employee relations and strategic HR planning are very helpful.
