It was conducted mostly in Mandarin as they were more comfortable conversing in Mandarin as they were based in China. I was asked to described my experience in Mandarin and they said it was okay if I added some english words. Rather flexible and understanding of them
speedy arrangement of interview; very specific demands of what they want in the candidate to the point it's less about your skills but more of how well you hit their 'ideal' response
