Took me almost 10 months throughout the whole hiring process and even then it was unnecessarily lengthy, tiring, and time consuming. There were around 8-9 interview levels before you're even considered for an offer and this isn't practical at all esp. since it's a graduate program and the length of the process makes the gap between graduation and employment even LARGER than it should be
