One screening interview with HR, followed by one interview with the hiring manager and one with another stakeholder. All went very well, had a good, positive experience with my interviewers, the hiring team was very lovely and I felt I did pretty good. But this experience was completely tarnished by the recruiting team. After 2 weeks waiting for feedback (which is quite a lot) following my 3rd interview, I followed up again and the recruiter told me they had internal delays but that they would be moving me forward - very exciting stuff! But two days later I received a rejection email from another recruiter, with no feedback or clear explanation for the abrupt change. Complete lack of respect for all the time dedicated, but also very confusing communication between the recruiters. The process was long, I dedicated hours in this to be rejected with an email that felt automated and no explanation for the change of mind. Disappointing and disrespectful.

Undisciplined, rude, dismisive and disrespectful. The interviewer did not attend the interview and was ghosted when I emailed about it. Highly unprofessional. Unfortunately, the job seeker really has no recourse for such things and humiliation seems to be the hallmark of applying fo rjobs
