I was contacted by a recruiter for applying this position. The recruiter was very helpful during the process. I presented my CV and Portfolio and Booking team decided to send me a simple code test. After I passed it, we had a skype interview for about 45 min about my background, my experience and the most important and interesting part was to suggest small but significant improvements that could be beneficial for both, their users and the business. The challenge was to discuss how this could be measured as a success or failure. Then I was invited to Amsterdam for the final interview. It was an exciting experience, and the interview was more less the same as the skype call but in more depth.
