      I had only one interview with them and the interviewer was nice, she had perfect English and she was very professional. BUT after I had my first interview, the recruiter told me that she will get back to me within two days. A week later, I didn't receive any reply so I sent a follow-up email. A week later she gave me rejection.

      1st round was general questions regarding design architecture and best practices 2nd round they give you an assignment to be completed in 3 days Please don’t do their assignment. I recommend don’t. Read below before doing it. Very unfortunate to see candidates are providing their entire weekend working day and night on the coding and assignment challenge given by bonial’s technical team & team is not even looking at it for once. Forget about code, no one got a chance to look into the deployed UI once. They say, they will give bonus points if assignment is deployed somewhere and all they had to do was to hit the server IP in their chrome browser but unfortunately team didn’t took a chance to look at this atleast once. I can say this by looking at the server logs. The HRs will give you 3 day timeline to complete challenge and one you complete & send this, they will be underground. No reply to emails. On rejection email, they will say, we couldn’t shortlist without a particular reason/constructive feedback. This is very unfortunate because a candidate must have spent atleast 2-3 sleepless nights and countless efforts to complete the assignment and the team didn’t even bothered to have a look into it once. NVM, to each it’s own. Hope you get the best of best soon

      Dear candidate, thank you for taking the time to leave feedback here on Glassdoor about your interview experience at Bonial. We are taking every feedback very seriously and have looked into it in detail. We are sorry you feel like your case study wasn’t given enough attention. Our development team checked the code as you know and our Talent Acquisition Manager shared some feedback in an email to you as well as why we did not proceed with your application. We apologize to have given you the feeling of not appreciating the effort you did enough, we are well aware of how much time and energy candidates put into this process and the case study, as we all have been through this ourselves and have been in your shoes. Our interview process with the case study does help in our eyes immensely both, our candidates as well as us as an employer to set expectations and ensure the best fit for both. It would be a shame to hire someone who may be leaving a good job for a new role with us, only to realize this may be in the end not the best fit. This is also why we always make an effort to let our candidates know our feedback as transparently as possible in case we decide not to move on with their application and, as far as I understand, you thanked our recruiter for her feedback.
