Absolutely the worst interview experience. The recruiter never replied to a single email during or after the process. All my queries about the interview structure and what to expect were ignored. Had 2 1 hour long pair programming interviews. The first interviewer was really nice and it felt like a pair programming exercise, he explained the input and expected output and nudged me in the right direction. The second interviewer felt like he wanted to be anywhere else except conducting the interview. Just gave me a question without any explanation whatsoever, didn't care to tell me that there are spaces in the given string and I wasted precious time debugging the output just because he didn't want to mention the format of the input string and wanted me to manually go over the string and see for myself that there can be spaces. He was also had his mind set on expecting certain kind of implementation, when in fact the problem could be approached in multiple ways. I like the company's product but the disastrous interview experience will probably keep me from applying there again.
