Incredibly professional and thought out. Starting with your typical recruiter screen. Following that, I had a 1-1 video call with the hiring manager. Then there were two sets of 2.5 hour video calls. Every 1/2 hour was a new team member and each of those sessions had a focus topic that was provided prior.
Overall, it was very clear for next steps and move pretty quickly. Important to be prepared with the company info/background. The recruiter was available through the process and ends up negotiating at the end.

Each session had a focus- ie teamwork, problem-solving... Why Square is the most common question.
Besoin de trent mots minimum alors il me faut un peu de créativité. On me demande de donner des avis bidons pour pouvoir utiliser l'application... je comprends la motivation mais c'est absurde.

Behavioral/Star Questions.
I was initially excited about the opportunity and appreciated progressing to the second round of interviews. However, after that point, communication with the recruiter became inconsistent. I was left unclear on whether the role was still open and, despite follow-ups, never received a clear update or closure.
