Spoke to square recruiter via email and set up a time to speak via phone. Our conversation was laughable, the recruiter was very unprepared, distracted and unprofessional. She knew very little about the role and asked me one question, which was moderately related to compliance in general. I got the impression she decided my experience wasn't what square was looking for, which is fine. What was disappointing was her inability to communicate that piece of information in any reasonable or professional way.
