The interview process was very smooth. The company was very organized and had all process stages set up nicely. Communication leading up to the interview was frequent and the appropriate HR representatives answered all of my questions.

One question was a demonstration of your skills as a Science Communicator, this could have been done by showing a prepared portfolio.
The interview process and Biorender is completely unfair to candidates. There is no reason for any company to have a six-stage interview process for entry level positions. They do not value your time, and like others have mentioned, their interviews feel more interrogative than productive. I made it very close to final stages just to be told I didn’t have enough experience, but the questions they asked me did not allow me to highlight my experience. I wasted so many hours preparing for the interviews so I am very disappointed and dissatisfied. Also, I’m pretty sure that most of the glassdoor reviews are fake, given that the language used in all of them is suspiciously similar.
