It started off great talked to the recruiter she was super professional. Then afterwards there was an assessment which was easy. However, I was told I would be presenting my deck, so I set time aside (mind you in my current position I travel a lot so this was hard to do). So I set time aside to conducted three back to back zoom interviews with the intent of presenting. It was not until my final interview I asked one of the individuals "when I would be presenting my PowerPoint?" She stated she would ask the recruiter that's I should have presented with one of the other interviews. This took another week or so to get my schedule down. Finally I interviewed with the hiring manager which fell short due to the lack of professionalism towards the end. Overall the recruiter at the very beginning was probably the best part of the interview process. But after I was ghosted I reached out and asked what I could have done better for growth reason. I received no response from everyone. I reached out to. Granted I know these are hectic times, but out of the 4 ppl that interviewed me none got back to me. Again this is a great company to work for but I wish I had a better experience.
