I applied online. I interviewed at Better.com (Gurgaon, Haryana) in January 2020. I applied through company website and got an e-mail for test within a week.After clearing the test,then three rounds of interviews. Analytical skills are thoroughly checked. At least 7 questions on analytics.

I had applied for the position through LinkedIn. I received a call from who I assume was an HR, asked about my profile, and sent a link to aptitude test, to be completed in 24 hours. The aptitude test included basic math questions of percentage, work time etc and a few spot the difference sort of questions. After I passed the test, a zoom meeting was set up with the HR. It was about 25 mins. Basic questions about my profile, I am a fresher so she asked me about my internship experience. Some questions on mortgage, mortgage rates, competition of better.com. a few math questions there as well. That interview went alright and got selected for second zoom interview with the Manager. He asked "why better" And then for parameters I would use to calculate delhi railway footfall. He also asked if I had to buckets to fill and no measurements and unlimited water supply, how would I fill the buckets upto 1 ltr. I was unsure about it and told him so. I guess my fumbling on both questions made me lose the opportunity.
