The hiring process was quite long: about two months passed between the first task and the final interview. It was challenging but also very enjoyable.
The first stage consisted of a batch of online tasks lasting around 3–5 hours, covering various types of logic problems.
After that, I went through three interviews: an introductory one, a more logic-focused one, and an in-person troubleshooting session.
I received feedback three weeks after the final interview.
Even if I hadn’t been selected, it would still have been the most enjoyable process I’ve gone through.

The process itself is a work of art. Difficult to imagine something more effective than this. The tests and the interviews are not to be taken lightly though. So glad I got to make the experience.
