The interview was a fairly lengthy process albeit necessary to select the perfect candidate. What I liked the most was that they valued my experience and accomplishments and did not rely on a paper/digital/ AI based exam to predict the probability of me doing well in this job. Reference checks were also conducted to make sure my answers to the interview questions were legitimate as well as to gauge my ability to work well with others, which I highly appreciate!
