Numerical and verbal reasoning online tests followed by a competency based telephone interview. I applied online and was invited to do a numerical reasoning test first, followed by a verbal reasoning online test depending on the numerical test result. After this I was offered a phone interview.

Applied online and was invited to a telephone interview which was easy, standard competencies and was asked why atos etc. Was then invited to an assessment center which was run remotely. This was poorly managed in my opinion and there were a lot of technical difficulties and general confusion. The assessment center consisted of a group task (case study), an individual presentation and a 1:1 interview. The interviewers were friendly and helped you to feel relaxed, not intimidating at all. The questions were not difficult and were standard competencies. I did not get a job offer since I underperformed, which is fine. However, Atos let me know that I was rejected ONLY AFTER I e-mailed them enquiring about it, a month later. If somebody is willing to spend half a day in your assessment center for you, the absolute LEAST you can do is to send them an e-mail regarding the status of their application in a timely manner. At the end, they make you watch a long form presentation on Atos. This comes on top of an intensive day and since it's placed at the end, it doesn't help you prepare for your interview or assessments in any way. You probably know a lot about the company already if you've done decent preparation for your interview. It's like being forced to watch a trailer for a movie after you've just rolled credits. In my opinion it's an unnecessary waste of time, especially if you end up not getting the role.
