Process: 2-3 weeks
You will receive a text message or a call from HR for you to take the written examination.
Written Exam:
Part 1: English Vocabulary/Grammar
Part 2: Abstract & Numerical Reasoning
Part 3: Technical Knowledge
BERLITZ
You will know if you pass if you get a text or a call from HR for your Berlitz (Voice-Communication Skills) where a rater would rate your Communication Skills and if you are conversational enough.
If you pass, which the result you will hear after a day or two, you will undergo another Berlitz exam but this is for Listening skills.
EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE
Once you pass both Berlitz exams you will receive a text or call from HR that you will have to take another exam which is the business correspondence exam.
You will have to compose an email based from the report provided to you.
There is a time limit on all of these examination.
Then the last phase would be the FINAL INTERVIEW with Operations (Team Leader and Knowledge Manager).
The interview process was very good. It was handled in a very professional and ethical way. The interview happened really fast and quick. The interviewer was very straight forward in asking questions and giving feedbacks

Good and easy to be answered. Straight forward and technical questions. Related with IT support. Common questions. The interviewee was good and professional. The questions are easy. Three sessions : language, technical and individual interview. All sessions are very easy and flexible to be scored

Entrevista
The first stage was interesting where we had like a call interview. A person sitting in front of us probably checking on our body movement. Not quite sure but it was for language assessment because havig a good English is important. Even the one to one interview is pretty casual. I belive the mcqs is only to know our level of knowledge on IT. But i guess, even though we dont have any knowledge on It, we should put some efforts i getting the right answer :)
