normal interview process, submit resume to the recruiting person. they review your resume, call you and you go to one of the client site for interview. it may be one on one or it may be done by multiple managers/ technicians. You need to show experience on the field of IT and also technical background as well as customer service skill. If satisfied they may ask you to come back and meet with other managers and go one 2nd round of interview.

Phone screen with recruiter from Texas. Very nice, very helpful. However, information was not relayed to hiring manager correctly, or she did not understand my answers. In person interview was not very good. Was not allowed in the office due to "security reasons" so interview took place in the middle of the mall, very unprofessional. Hiring manager was hearing my responses the way she wanted to and not how was saying them.

Very fast interview. As long as you have some technical experience, they will consider to hire you. However, you must be willing to learn new technologies in order to succeed the interview.
