I had an interview in which my answers were recorded. I met with leaders from up to three different teams, a total of six very nice people. After this, they simply disappeared. They haven't answered my emails, and it's been five months now; they haven't even formally rejected me for the job. This is a clear lack of professionalism.

Very friendly and focused on behavioral questions. It was a lot less stressful than what I had expected and we finished on time for a couple minutes for me to ask some questions to them.

The process was automatic. I had to record 4 4-minute answers to simple questions like 'why us', 'your proffesional background', 'what are you working on right now'. The interview system provided options to prepare yourself to the rocording process.

Really badly organised, the person who was meant to call me for my screening call just did not, so I had to follow up with them myself. Bad communication, was extremely late to respond to all my questions
