I had 3 rounds of interviews with my final round being a panel interview. I was given the option of conducting my interviews either virtual or in person. Overall, the coordination went smooth and I received updates quickly.

Fist step is the CV application. Second stage is the interview. There are two rounds in the interview stage. First round is the interview with a line manager. And the second round is the interview with a regional manager.

Had a base level HR interview where the other person did not show much reaction to my answers so it is difficult to gauge what she thought. She dodged pretty much every question on significant detail either, so I was left with the feeling my profile was just being researched.

I had a phone interview with recruiter from company, a week later I was contacted to meet with two sales manager. They told me to have my answers using something similar to the STAR approach. I met with both of them the interview seemed to go well. I sent a follow up email to thank them but I never heard back. I followed up again a month later and i got a response from the recruiter of Astrazeneca that position has not been filled. I finally got my rejection email three months after i interviewed!! It was a generic letter. I think its so unprofessional to not let someone know if they did not get the job when you met with two people in person. I will never apply fo astrazeneca.

If you pass the numerical stage you will be invited to do an online virtual interview asking common STAR questions, and motivational questions about why you want to work for AstraZeneca. Multiple retakes were allowed and unlimited preparation time.
