Entrevista
I initially made an application via a recruitment agency who contacted me the same day to discuss the opportunity further. In all fairness to the agency, the process was quite quick and within a couple of days, I had a face to face interview confirmed - this took place with both the HR Director and the Recruiter.
The HR Director was quite easy to talk to and preferred a more relaxed conversational approach to the interview as opposed to the typical clinical question and answer exchange, but the Recruiter didn't contribute much to the conversation, and his body language wasn't at all inviting. In an attempt to engage with the Recruiter, he replied with very flat and abrupt answers.
Disappointingly, I never did hear back from the company following the interview. You would think that such a large player in the pharma business wouldn't fall short on something so elementary as respecting a candidates time... a simple 'no thank you' goes a long way...

Very simple, phone and presentation, lots of information given upfront, no real surprises other than them not using testing or something more technical as large corporates do.
