I was interviewed for a summer internship position over the phone. The first interview lasted approximately 15 minutes, where we discussed my resume, background, interests, and how i learned of the position. I was contacted by email for a follow-up phone call that lasted a bit longer, around 20 minutes.

Then, I had 3 panel interviews
For each panel i had full 30min interview
Interviewees were professional and friendly
It was intense but i enjoyed the conversation

First a Hireview, then a real interview. They have a pretty fast pace so all took about 2 weeks. They are very clear about the timing of the intern and the salary you will get.
