First stage is receiving automatical notification encouraging to answer questions in a separate App. Then a Video Recording in App. Last stage is preparing case study and interview with 2 potential managers.

First stage - typical call with HR. After it I received a case study, which I needed to prepare. The day before second interview I received one more case study and they told me that I can choose which one I want to prepare. This was very unexpected. Second stage - meeting with manager where we reviewed my case study. Third stage -I received a contract, which I had to review during the meeting. They gave me 30 mins which wasn't enough but I passed this stage. Fourth stage - meeting with category manager. I passed three stages and then they called me and told me that I cannot work from Krakow, only from Warsaw because they do not have a workplace for me in their Krakow office. This was very unprofessional from their side, taking into account how big is their company and how much time I spent on preparing to these interviews. HR should have told me in the beginning, not in the end.
