The process starts with an automatic interview trough a link which they ask you basic questions. Then, the next step of the process is a panel with the hiring manager and another manager. It was smooth experience. However, it was not clarified since the beginning that the offer woud be for 6 months instead of the standard 3 months probation period which led me to reject the offer and instead choose for another employer.
