Drove to Gaithersburg to speak with hiring manger. No pressure interview, spoke with hiring manager and told them my experience. Received a call back two weeks later with an offer. They have spurts of hiring given the contract they currently have so you will most likely be starting with others.

Overall, it was an okay process. I asked HR and my recruiter whether medical marijuana was allowed, but I received unclear answers. This ended up costing me the position as I wasn't able to clear THC from my system in time and there was no option to retest. Otherwise, the process was very clear and easy.
