The interview process started after an online application through a job portal. Next was a phone screening by a recruiter who asked straightforward questions like availability, ability to multi-task, ability to work in groups. After that there was an in person interview with the hiring manager which went pretty well...general questions were asked like your ideal job etc. The last stage was an in person with the manager, a phone interview by the supervisor and a tour of the lab and some general technical questions asked by a colleague.
