Entrevista
First portion is a 30 minute phone interview. If approved to go further then you have a face to face interview that will last for at least four hours. The next process is a ride a long day or two in the field with a current sales representative and if the decision is made to move forward the there is a 6 hour interview with the DSM and the RSD. The final is training. Once the whole process is done it takes about 6 - 8 weeks.

Great interview process at AstraZeneca. They really want to know you and how you handle certain situations. Looking for strong closing and improvements from each rounds. The process overall wasn’t too bad!

It was fairly easy. Show up prepared, ready to ask questions, and you have a good chance of landing the job. Bring materials to show your sales experience and show you are organized and solutions-oriented.
Started with a pre screen call with DM. Tell me about yourself, your experience. Then Interview panel with DM and RM. All STAR questions, situational questions to tie in your experience with what is expected of you for the role
