I applied through a job board through my university (HandShake) and a week later I received an email from the recruiter and set up a phone interview with her. I did my research on the company and did the interview. interview consisted on why I applied at appdirect, my timeline for graduation, and briefly describe what appdirect is. 2nd interview (phone interview) was with the SDR manager, overall it was a good interview. He asked me why appdirect, what appdirect is, what was my story, and why join tech. 3rd interview (on-site): I got an email from the recruiter on who will be conducting the interview. Mainly there were 4 interviewers who interviewed me separately; 30-mins each. They basically asked me the same questions again, why appdirect, whats my story, what is appdirect. they also asked me how will my past work experience be utilize in the tech business? One of the interviewers who was an account manager was supposed to interview me but wasn't able too, so they had to switch out for another representative on the team.
