I was approached by AppDirect recruiting on LinkedIn - very pleasant experience. Had an initial phone screen with them and afterwards another 3 phone screens + 3 onsite interviews with people from several functions over the course of 3 weeks. The interviews were challenging and focused on technical skills and background, as well as personality and values. This was the longest interview process I ever did.
