First interview was a phone screening on December 7 (over 2 months ago). Next interview was the next week also on the phone but with a different person, almost like a second phone screening. Third interview was a month after the second (but it was over the holidays, so makes sense) and a two and a half hour long ZOOM interview. 6 days after the third interview, the hiring manager reached out to me and said they were still interviewing candidates and they would reach out to me "soon" for next steps. After a week went by I still haven't heard anything, so I followed up. That email was ignored. A week later I followed up again, STILL ignored. If they picked a different candidate or was still interviewing candidates, I would have appreciated an email letting me know. Instead, I was rudely ignored. Made me lose so much interest in the company.
