Initial Communication is done by submitting your resume and application online...Once you are contacted for an interview you will be screened by the HR department with a Phone interview, then if you meet the expectations of HR you are moved to the next step...This step consists of interviews with the recruiting team and your prospective manager....These are situational interviews which are based on experience and the ability to think on your feet...With the management team now so large it is very hard to say which personality of manager that will interview you for their team...The entire process can take up to 1 month and 2-3 interviews.....The absolute best way to get in the door and moved through the process quickly is to have a referral...Angie's List is a family and a referral from a top rep is a golden ticket....If you are not a tried and true salesman with the ability to adapt to an ever changing process I advise you not to apply....This job is not about taking orders its about crafting solutions to needs.
