It was nice at first, then it was radio silence, I assume it's a rejection by now. HR called, I booked the second interview which required me to go into the their office. The interview, I thought went well, the questions were behavourial a lot of off topic discussions, laughing etc. Post this interview they mentioned they will get to me ASAP.
Then it was radio silence, I contacted the HR person a week after, left a message, but no contact back and still waiting. Unacceptable behaviour from an established organisation, particularly if they ask you to come into the office for an interview.
If you ask the applicant to make an effort then you, as the organisation need to also make an effort, to ghost your applicant is unprofessional to say the least and a negative review is warranted.

There are four phases in the interview process: recruiter screening, interview with the hiring manager, conversation with one of team member (culture fit), interview with the VP of the department (one level above the hiring manager). All the people I’ve met were very friendly and respectful.
The first round was behavioral on HireVue. There were two videos and three writing questions. It was relatively easy. The videos were just one take but overall enough time and easy. It was a regular pre-screen.

1st stage interview - in person with 2 product managers. They didn't really ask questions in the format "Tell me a time" which threw me off a bit and forced me to think harder. They also asked me a question I had already answered in a previous question. They also asked 2 questions at once. They could have made the interview more simple and not try to be too unique.
Recruiter took 3 weeks to call me back and didn't respond to my email chaser.
