Very unprofessional experience. I had my first interview with the Amex hiring manager and never heard back afterward. I did not receive a response from my post-interview follow-up even after answering all their back-and-forth questionnaires for pre-qualification. They seemed to lack respect and certainly did not value the quality of their own recruitment process. They also have a terrible work schedule for their "executive" employee - offering 9+ hour shifts that rotate on a 24/7 schedule, 7 days a week. Clearly work/life balance is not a priority for me so thankfully I dodged a bullet.
