The worst thing is you people are not searching for a potential candidate, even all my interviews were perfectly fine, you didn't selected me and it is because some other was having CPI higher than me, someone can earn knowledge from learning books but the skill and experience can't be earn by the same way. If someone having lower CPI are performing equivalent or more than the other you people can at-least consider him or tell directly that you guys want highest CPI person.
Fueron varias fases, pero no especialmente complicado. Una de las entrevistas fue en inglés, que sí que se requería un nivel más alto, por lo demás fueron entrevistas promedio. Eso sí, las condiciones bastante normales.

Basics in sql, python and tableau. Some questions from case study. Easy to crack. Total 3 rounds of interview. Final round questions were focused on regression like assumptions, related to coefficoents etc
