I applied to an opening and was reached out to do an initial screening. A call was setup with recruiter to conduct screening, where the person canceled on the day of within 1 hour of our call. After a couple weeks, I was reached out to again to, by a different recruiter, to schedule a time for the screening. The recruiter didn't reach out to me and later that day mentioned they were tied up in a meeting. I thought 3rd time would be the charm and a couple weeks later still have been unable to schedule time to speak.
If it's this difficult to have an initial screening, I can't imagine how the interview process must be.
