First: Telephone Screening, Group/Panel Interview: 3 Managers with 10 candidates, Final:Telephone Interview where you have to sell them a product
Managers were very kind and attentive. They introduced themselves. They started by showing a quick PowerPoint. Then by going around the room having every one give their "20 minute elevator intro." Next, everyone got a series of questions from each manager...about two or three from each manager. They listened intently and gave alittle feedback and asked you to expand on some things. At the end they spoke to us about requirements of the position in more detail and the supportive culture and great compensation. Most resp make in the $100,000 range. Top reps work about 12 hours a day but make in the $200,000-400K range. The entire interview took 3 hours.

Durato circa 30 minuti telefonicamente.Recruiter molto molto pacata e gentile, esperienza super piacevole . Abbiamo fatto un recap sulla posizione e poi mi ha fatto presentare. Dialogo molto tranquillo, mi ha spiegato anche gli step futuri.
