I was contacted by email for a screening interview with an internal recruiter. The process of setting up the interview was handled well; the recruiter was able to take my schedule into consideration and we arrived at an agreeable day/time for both. The interview itself didn't take into account my expertise and while the interviewer was professional I had the distinct feeling that she had a checklist of answers I was expected to give that I evidently didn't match. I was not invited for a face to face interview.
