First took the online assessment, which was a work simulation on how you would respond to emails and certain situations. Some were pretty much common sense and personal. Then I went through the first round of phone/video interview. It was with a manager and it fairly casual, mainly to understand the role. I didn't make it past this part, but they didn't give me much of a reason why. I felt the interview was great but not sure what went well.

It takes about one hour, the process was ok, but the lady who interviewed me not the hire manager for the position I applied, which was strange. She was nice though.
