Interview Process was very time consuming , 4 hours for the second interview plus additional prep sessions. It was very process oriented and structured. The 4 interviewers were following a script. They wanted you to answer using a very specific method. My final take was that they had a position where they needed a round peg and you needed to be willing to round your edges to get the job. While they say they are looking for people that like to think outside of the box, I feel that Amazon wants exactly the opposite, conformance.
