I was initially excited about their commitment to timely feedback, but found the overall process a mess. The scheduler messed up several time, the interviewers seem to be reading off a script and only focused on behavioral questions that they were assigned from the leadership principals. No one asked what I had actually done before or about my previous success.
I received an offer but declined base on low comp and overall experience.

Completed 4 rounds and tested on recruiting experience, stakeholder management and how leadership principles show up in the everyday work. Based on the follow up questions, you would need to provide examples on the most challenging and extreme side of your role. General play safe examples will not show enough range on the leadership principles.

there are two business interviews. the first is an hour long and the final rounds are usually 3-5 hours long. Most interviews are still virtual and done through Amazon's own video conferencing app called Chime. Make sure to have it downloaded.
