I was down leveled and subsequently releveled. The process was an absolute nightmare. Two bar raisers on my loop (one shadowing another) yells at the other - after berating me on "how I knew the things I knew". I present a lot longer than my almost 30 years of experience. But it was combative and horrific. My tenure wasn't much different.

Seamless interview, although the bar raiser was bordering on being unprofessionally rude which was disappointing. I did not get an offer. Looking back, I'm glad it did not work out.

Predictable Loop. Its well documented online. Watch Youtube videos on how to answer. It is Leadership Principles based. STAR format answers. My interviewer wasn't on time, and during the interview, he had to step away to attend to some crisis. That threw my interview flow off.
