Interview took place with members of the CSM team for which the vacancy was specific. It was a meeting of more than an hour, it was scheduled to last 90 minutes. Everything went well with technical questions and cases that develop technical issues of management, projects and behavioral.

Excellent process. They tested on almost 11 LPs. I made it to the final round. Every interviewer was given 2 LP's to test me on. I had to prepare, prepare, prepare, to the point of memorizing some of the answers so I dont forget.

Recruiter, Hiring Manager, Writing Assessment and Loop. Not too difficult, just need to make sure you prepare beforehand. Have examples in the STAR method for responding to the questions asked. There are lots of videos online to prepare for Amazonian interviews. If you study those, you'll be fine.
