Senior Delivery Consultant GenAI/ML ProServe EMEA. I've received an email at midnight on a Friday-Saturday, from India that AWS wants to hear from me. I've started with an online assessment, then i had an interview with a solutions architect and a 2nd interview with another senior delivery consultant. Problem: I have never been contacted by a recruiter to discuss the role and my experience. The interviews themselves weren't difficult, first about system design, 2nd around a machine learning project i have been working on and white board coding problem. However, I had no idea what topics will be covered until going through each interview. I'd add that though the job is "delivery" and "AI", no delivery and AI were actually discussed.

It's a long process, it took 2 months, like 5 steps, the last step was a 5 interviews in a row, one after another, around 45 minutes each one, most of the calls were similar, it doesn´t seems like it's much coordination, but maybe it's the way they evaluate, at the end the 5 interviewers discuss about my performance and decide if they should proceed or not with the candidate
