From first interview/phone screen to offer it was around 5 weeks. Overall good experience, good communication from recruiter throughout the process. It's not easy but it's been worth it. I met 7 people in total, 1hr each. Tough questions, you really do need to prep beforehand! But the recruiter helps by sharing relevant info, tips, reading material, etc.
