Two interviews minimum, each with a different Ops Manager. Each interviewer asks at least two behavioral questions. Responses should follow the STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) format. Interviewer will ask follow up questions

I was an IJP candidate and received the job posting through internal emailing system. I applied through the job portal and received an invite to interview with a team manager at the applied role.

The interviewer asked me if I had went out of way to resolve a customer / policy related issue.
Interview coordinator (TA hiring personnel for Account Health Specialist position) was not accurate in issuing Chime links. I ended up in a separate meeting as the interviewer based on her links issued. In my opinion, that could have been more professionally and accurately handled by her. It made the nerves already worse for this next round of the interview. And also caused the interviewer to apologise even though the meeting link was generated by her. She was also pretty bad at the final discussion stage, and in turn, that did not make me interested in accepting the offer
