found the application process to be relatively easy overall. Although there were a few questions that I found particularly challenging, I managed to navigate through them. Despite lacking prior experience in the field, I remained confident and focused on my strengths and skills. I was proactive in researching the company and preparing for the interview, which helped me articulate my potential and fit for the role. Ultimately, my efforts paid off, and I was thrilled to receive the job offer. This experience taught me that determination and a willingness to learn can outweigh the lack of experience in many cases.

No interview process, went in and had the job essentially. No dress code just documentation to take to get set up on system. All welcoming and friendly though, very informal
The entire online process feels relentlessly exhausting and painfully tedious. Every step leads to another obstacle, another delay, another unnecessary complication. Instead of progress, it feels like moving through an endless maze of barriers, friction, confusion, and constant interruptions.
Agency, little contact, limited information, told never allowed to say no. Even if they are braking the rules, they dont like people pointing out issues, as because if they record them thats when they can get in trouble for it.
