Started with a recruiter call and then follow by 1st round of portfolio presentation. Amazon use its internal software for online interview, so make sure you check have all permission setup before the interview. I encountered a few technical difficult while presenting my portfolio. The experience with interviewer was ok, the questions focus on outcomes of the portfolio presented. However, the recruiter was flaky, she sent a reject email and then another accept email the following day. Eventually, i didn't hear back from the recruiter after replied

Portfolio presentation deck review with follow-up questions.
Going into the interview, I knew I had to have answers for Amazon's 16 Leadership Principles, so I went through a few mock interviews with friends who work at Amazon. Once the interview started via Zoom, it was clear that the team wasn't interested. The interviewer requested that we turn our cameras off, saying it was part of the pre-screening process. However, when I asked my Amazon friends they said it wasn't true. The interview went downhill from then and I had the impression that the role was already filled, but they needed more candidates.
