Whole process was faster than I had anticipated. Making it into the "loop" is a big step - but I did not have a chance to speak with anyone in direct team before the loop. I respect the way Amazon lives its principles but the interviews were so structured to go deep in a category that it felt as if not a real opportunity to have an open discussion. Did not get the offer but maybe that is good? Loop took so much of time to prepare and participate in - without knowledge of role specifics.
