There are always many recruiters Amazon has hired which will stalk you till you share your resume. Then it takes days for them to reach back for interview. My experience for the interview was not so great. We don't talk about quality of interviewers and for a senior position, a senior person in organization with good knowledge of subject should take part. However, Amazon sends people with less knowledge with pool of ego when they are corrected.
It was straightforward and structured. Length process with multiple rounds. It was critical to use STAR method metions specifics/ data where necessary. Behavioral round was straightforward. Leverage leadership principles and build your stories around that

For manager and above, once the recruitment team identifies a candidate, they are scheduled for interviews. Apart from a phone round, folks will typically go through 4-6 rounds of additional interview. It will help if candidates are able to structure their responses in SBI format bringing out strengths that align with Amazon leadership principles.
