Job advertised on the internet, applied for online, fairly swift communications by email, then by telephone with assistants, a technical telephone interview scheduled with a technical person. The demeanor of all people at Amazon.com was excellent and friendly. The technical person was no-nonsense and did not waste time. There was however no latitude for hiring a person who may not have excellent programming skills in Java but may be useful in the long run even as a Java programmer as part of a team, but more to the point, would become very useful to Amazon.com in other technical capacities working within the Java Developers Team and beyond.

The assessment contained basic questions of all concepts react,dsa,springboot,java but the thing is people can access remotely and those students only get selected. And ofcourse, mind the role, only springboot bg people can reallyy get into the office. The hosppitality was not great and people are harsh.
El proceso es muy demorado, obtuve la entrevista con hr la cual tuvo una resolucion positiva pero el entrevistador me ghosteo y no se ha podido avanzar con el proceso de entrevista
The interview is developed in 3 stages:
Coding Challenge –90 min
Work Simulation – 15 min
Work Style Surveys – 10 minutes, 2 surveys, answer questions about how you approach software engineering work and your approach to work in general.
